Americans don’t like Citizens United ruling

Recent poll shows 65 percent “strongly” opposed to Supreme Court ruling.

    The real question isn’t whether 65% of Americans oppose the decision. Indeed, the real question is what percentage of the public actually understands the case and subsequent ruling? This is particularly relevant after President Obama (who used to be a law professor) gave a one-sided and incorrect summary of the case in his State of the Union Address.
