Political Philosophy: The TV Show

Readers with some spare time would be interested in checking out “Justice with Michael Sandel.” It’s a multi-part series that webcasts a very popular Harvard course of the same name.  Apparently this course routinely enrolls 1,000 students and holds lectures in a massive theater and now You Too Can Learn.  It’s a PBS production, so I believe it will appear on TV as well as via webcast.

I wish this enterprise all the best.  After watching only 15 minutes, Sandel is a compelling speaker and deals with exciting topics.  I am somewhat skeptical that it will reach a broad audience (it is, after all, a college lecture), but I wish it all the best.
